- Lead and support financial reporting and month-end close processes
- Review and assess internal controls and accounting procedures
- Provide audit readiness support and liaise with external auditors
- Analyze financial statements and identify process improvement opportunities
- Oversee general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support operational finance functions within a manufacturing environment
- Provide recommendations to strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Controller
- Strong audit background (public accounting preferred)
- Big 4 experience considered a strong asset
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Professional designation (CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable
