- Lead accounting, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities.
- Oversee month-end close, budgeting support, and financial operations.
- Manage and develop the accounting team while improving processes and systems.
Qualifications
- CPA with 7+ years of accounting experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in distribution, wholesale, or retail environments.
- Knowledge of payroll, lender reporting, and inventory accounting.
- Experience with ERP implementations and process improvements.
