Your tasks
- Perform analyses before month end closing and SAP freeze, in order to build accruals or to recognize any missing or wrong booking - generate actions in order to have a correct month end closing
- Responsible for running SAP month end closing processes related to fix costs and SAP assessments cycles to different business areas
- Month end closing reporting and variances analyses for the KPIs in your area of responsibility
- Calculate and report the rolling forecast for the next 3 months for the KPIs in your area of responsibility
- Responsible for the forecast bottom-up and budget processes for the KPIs in your areas of responsibility, according to Continental due dates. Upload the budget figures in SAP
- Control of Cost centers to guarantee the budget fulfillment and avoid deviations. Approval of shopping carts. Reporting and review of open POs.
