Conversion Project Manager

One of our clients, a leading manufacturer of filling and packaging systems for beverages and liquid food, is looking to hire a Conversions Project Manager onsite in Waukesha, Wisconsin! This person will work to develop the packaging machine conversions business and deliver accurate, commercially competitive quotations for projects, supports the sales process with technical expertise and manages conversion projects until the machine is installed and accepted.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field

3 years of technical experience, ideally in engineering or sales

Understanding of complex automated capital equipment

1 year experience in developing quotations for complex capital equipment

ERP experience required (SAP preferred)

Knowledge of technical aspects of packaging machines technology within area of product specialization
