We now have the following position available in our main kitchen.
Cook - Full Time/Permanent
Responsibilities include:
Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
Working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure.
Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
Working across all sections of the kitchen including pans and fryers
Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to.
General kitchen cleaning duties as required.
Essential skills required:
Certificate III is Commercial Cookery (highly regarded but not essential)
