Job Description
**The Role**:The Maintenance Engineer ensures the reliability and availability of plant equipment through the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.This role manages spare parts inventory, supports continuous improvement, ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality systems, and collaborates closely with production to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
**What You'll Do**:- Coordinate and execute **preventive and corrective maintenance** routines.
- Monitor and maintain **spare parts inventory**, including receiving, issuing, and control of stock movements.
- Create **purchase requisitions** for spare parts and materials in coordination with the maintenance planner to ensure TPM compliance.
- Administer **TPM** and support MRP processes for maintenance materials.
- Track and report key maintenance indicators (**TM, TMEF, TMPR**).
