What success looks like in this role
- Provides Data Process support within an assigned service or product area.
- Performs various Data Process duties, such as:
- Providing assistance to clients via phone, email, chat or other channels – answering inquiries, resolving complaints or providing product / service information
- Handling and processing product, service or other orders / requests
- Handling transactions associated with product / service changes
- Entering and updating transactional information into databases, spreadsheets or other systems
- Handling and processing payments
- Maintains accurate records of client interactions, service requests, transactions and changes.
- Maintains and delivers excellent service and relationships with client, franchises and other supported stakeholders.
