Job Description
Become the Data and Gift Processing Coordinator at CHS, focused on ensuring timely and accurate processing of charitable donations. This role requires a strong background in database management and effective communication.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Finance, you will work alongside the Fund Development team to facilitate excellent donor experiences. Responsible for gift processing and maintaining database integrity, your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality are crucial. You will enhance relationships through accurate records and proactive communication with donors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process donations accurately and in compliance with policies
• Maintain and update the donor database to reflect accurate records
• Generate and send charitable receipts and acknowledgment letters
• Aid finance in reconciliation processes for donation records
• Address donor inquiries with clarity and professionalism
