Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain Optimization, the Coordinator, Procurement will ensure an uninterrupted flow of aircraft parts & tools to the operation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately process all purchase, repair, exchange, and loan orders to ensure an uninterrupted flow of aircraft parts to the operation, ensuring that vendors meet the agreed turnaround time.
- Source and negotiate the most cost‑effective options to support Porter’s Technical Operations, ensuring that all materials procured meet company and regulatory bodies standards for quality.
- Coordinate Line Maintenance, AOG, and Heavy Maintenance requirements and communicate among the various teams involved to ensure that parts are sourced accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor Purchasing Inbox for part requests, and order as required.
