Manage Copy team performance, budget and day-to-day operations Ensuring that we produce high-quality content for brands and products which are engaging, informative and accurate, aligning with the END. tone of voice Directing the Copy Team to manage their output and achieve targets, with a focus on reducing Key Performance Indicators such relating to processing time (Time to Site) and efficiency (Cost per Style) Defines, communicates and manages the Copy team processes, systems and tools, owning the Copywriting Style Guide as an always evolving document to fit Studio and business needs Ensuring team quality levels and continuous improvements that drive an exceptional customer retail experience, such as Editing and proof-reading Copywriters outputEnsuring written content is created with search engine best practices in mind whilst balancing customer needsConducting ...
