Core Service Engineering Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for various roaming & international products and services to achieve Business Unit annual target KPIs.
• Manage execution of IREG and roaming integration testing across various platforms to maximize & enhance roaming coverage.
• Support rolling out of 2G/3G/4G Voice, Data, and CAMEL roaming services with new operators/destinations to expand Maxis roaming coverage footprint based on annual forecasts/schedules.
• Support rolling out of new international services (SMS, MMS & CLI) to expand Maxis international services coverage upon receiving requests from Business Unit by configuring database and performing testing.
• Maintain roaming partners’ database to ensure roaming & international services availability upon receiving IR.21 update request from roaming partners by assessing and implementing required changes.
