Job Description

An exciting opportunity As Corporate Executive Chef has become available with this speciality casual dining group expanding their operations across Qatar & beyond.

The Corporate Executive Chef will provide strategic leadership & culinary direction across all kitchen operations, including central kitchen ensuring culinary excellence, food innovation, consistent quality, operational efficiency, & people leadership & management.

Requirements:

  • Multi-brand & multi-outlet culinary operations experienced within restaurant groups at an Exec Chef or Corporate level
  • Expert knowledge of menu engineering, food costing, & recipe development
  • Proficiency in kitchen management systems & production planning.
  • Strong financial acumen in cost management & budgeting.
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management / Hospitality Management.
