Job Description
The Corporate Legal role is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters within the FMCG business. This position plays a key role in ensuring legal compliance, managing risks, and supporting business growth through sound legal advice and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory on corporate and commercial matters, supporting day-to-day business operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including distribution, sales, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, applicable laws, and internal policies
- Manage and support corporate actions, including shareholder matters, board resolutions, and regulatory filings
