An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected law firm with a strong corporate practice. They are currently seeking a Paralegal to support a broad range of corporate transactions.

Description:

Assist with reviewing, drafting, and preparing legal documents for capital markets transactions (IPOs, bonds), listing compliance, and general corporate matters.

Conduct in-depth company and legal research to support ongoing deals.

Prepare due diligence reports and verification notes, providing essential support throughout IPO processes.

Liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders as needed. Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned.
