About the Role
Responsible for implementing and formulating cost control policies covering project activities, administrative functions, and operational expenses. Oversees all activities related to operational supervision of each department head. Collects data, conducts analysis and verification, and reports to the Director. Maintains relationships with project staff and enforces discipline among group heads and staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly project cost reports including provisions (Management Reporting), covering budget revisions and project estimates, as well as comparisons between actual vs. budget, revised estimates vs. budget, and revised estimates vs. contract values.
