Prepare, monitor, and update Business Enablers departments budgets and forecasts.Ensure alignment between Business Enablers spending and overall corporate financial objectives.
Cost Analysis & Reporting:Track and analyze Business Enablers expensesInitiate and agree Business Enablers expenses back charges/invoicing to subsidiaries and projectsProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual cost/revenue reports with variance analysis.Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose corrective actions.
