• Graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably a Licensed Engineer
• With solid experience in cost control / quantity surveying
• Preferably has attended training course in estimating

• Spearheads establishment of correct unit cost references or benchmarks for project materials, equipment and labor works which can be used in project cost estimating, bids evaluation and negotiating contracts and as a source for reference.
