Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cost section Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for Cost Management function for SOUDAH Development Project.
What You'll Be Doing:
Cost Accrued, Forecasting, and Budget tracking for individual projects and program.Establishes the standardized work breakdown structures (WBS) and cost breakdown structures (CBS) for the project in coordination with Soudah development and its Delivery Partners. Close coordination with the Project Controls function in relation to implementing an effective controls system on budget, cost, report, risk and change management. Develops and implements cost and estimating management standards that are in line with market best practices and are to be used throughout the program and facilitate compliance by project team members.
