Job Description
- Manage costing process for food Businesses.
- Allocate direct and indirect costs to relevant activities accurately
- Monitor and analyze costs related to core food operations: direct and indirect track input costs (Material-Packaging Materials-Labor Cost-Manufacturing Overhead) and ensure alignment with usage.
- Ensure that current BOMs on ERP are up to standard and up to date.
- Ensure accuracy of direct material cost and application of the related pricing method.
- Prepare monthly costing reports of the raw material used.
- Review all MOH expenditure to ensure proper allocation and ensure that all unpaid expenses are accrued for.
- Prepare purchase price variance and material usage variance and challenge the reason for that variance for accountability and better future results.
