Counsellor
Posting One - Full Time, 35 hours per week
Posting Two - Part Time, 28 hours per week
Community Links operates within a community development framework; partnering with community and service providers to address local needs and strengthen well‑being. Community Links provides services to all residents in Airdrie, Beiseker, Crossfield, Irricana, and surrounding areas of North Rocky View County. The main office is located in Airdrie, with satellite offices in other communities.
The Counsellor will provide single session and regular counselling services to children (10 years and older), youth, adults, couples and older adults.
The Counsellor will also facilitate groups and workshops.
Program Planning and Management
- Provide effective, trauma‑informed counselling services, including assessment, goal setting, intervention, and termination.
