Country Manager / Business Unit Director

Lead the full set-up of the company’s Egypt operations, acting as a true entrepreneur within the organization

Define and execute the market entry and commercial strategy

Drive regulatory readiness, market access alignment, and government engagement in close coordination with HQ

Build the organizational structure, hire key leadership and commercial teams, and put core processes in place

Act as the main interface with Global HQ, ensuring alignment on strategy, governance, and performance

Prepare the operation for future growth, including potential local manufacturing and broader regional scope (not immediate, but clearly part of the long-term vision)
