WE ARE HIRING: General Director / Country Manager / CEO Location: Mexico City or Monterrey (Hybrid / On-site) Compensation: Executive Package (Base salary significantly exceeds 300,000 MXN Gross/Month) + Equity & Performance Incentives Reports to: Regional President / Global Board of Directors As foreign direct investment and nearshoring hit record highs, establishing absolute operational, legal, and commercial leadership in Mexico is our primary strategic mandate. We are headhunting a General Director / Country Manager to assume total P&L ownership, legal representation, and strategic growth execution for our Mexican corporate entity.
