Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Develop the annual country sales plan, cascade regional targets, and ensure achievement of key KPIs including revenue, profit, and market share. Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements with key accounts (e.g., multinational laboratory chains, public hospitals, Ministries of Health) in collaboration with distributors. Continuously monitor IVD market trends (hematology, immunoassay, chemiluminescence, molecular diagnostics, POCT, etc.) and adjust product strategies to address competitive dynamics.
