Your Task

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional interface and image to customers and the public
• Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD and PU are uplifted as per RFU and no missed PU
• Always attend to customer need in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
• Electronically record via a scanner (or manually if required) all shipment process activities
• Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of all shipments while in transit
• Communicate with Dispatch / CS when customer needs change and use initiative to meet customer need
