- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with the work set.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students in understanding lesson materials and encourage participation.
- Report any issues or concerns to senior staff.
- Follow school safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
