Providing high‑quality classroom supervision during teacher absence. Deliver pre‑planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students stay engaged and on task.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils undertaking work in accordance with the Academy’s policy, under the guidance of teaching/senior staff.
• Establishing productive working relationships with students, promoting positive values/attitudes and setting high expectations.
• Monitoring and evaluating students’ responses to learning activities through observation and recording of achievement, and providing feedback/reports as required.
• Encouraging students to interact and work co‑operatively with others and engaging all students in activities.
