Job Description
- Owns and supports wirebonder, thermal cycling chamber, white light interferometer, laser marker and dage machine
- Installs, qualifies, and releases equipment into production
- Develops and executes equipment qualification and capability studies
- Troubleshoots equipment issues affecting product performance, yield, and reliability
- Drives reduction on equipment downtime thus keeping machine OEE at or above industry standard
- Optimizes equipment parameters to improve test accuracy, throughput, and repeatability
- Supports NPI and product transfers, ensuring test and packaging equipment readiness
- Collaborates with Process, Product and Quality Engineering teams on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
- Works with vendors on equipment installation, upgrades, calibration, and technical issues
- Ensures equipment compliance with safety, ESD, contamination control, and cleanroom requirements
