Job DescriptionBased on different CPU architectures used in different product lines, deliver:
* Test pattern plan to cover system bring up to MP (CP/FT, system test, DVT, HQA, correlation, DPPM reduction, function and MBIST test)
* Develop function/MBIST test pattern including coding, simulation, pattern generation and validation on tester
* Debug post-silicon issue ex. DPPM, RMA, via design understanding, experiment design to identify design weakness
#LI-YT1Requirement1. Expertise in C & assembly coding plus, EDA tool including Synopsys VCS, Verdi, etc.
2. Knowledge about architecture of ARM Cortex-A series CPU & AMBA IPs
3. Familiar with MBIST and SRAM is plus
4. Perl or Python programming skill is plus
