Creative Strategy and Direction
- Attend internal briefings and/or align with the account lead
- Cascade his/her creative strategy and vision to the team before the
ideation process
Overall Creative Guidance and Mentorship
- Ensure that the creative ideas of the team are aligned with an overall
- creative strategy
- Provide creative guidance through brainstorming sessions and clearing
- sessions (Mondays and Thursdays)
- Monthly check-ins with Swell leads to discuss feedback on creative
- ideation and align on brands/campaigns to be assigned to the Creative
- Director
Creative Knowledge-sharing
- Conduct one (1) creative ideation workshop per quarter, a total of two (2)
- Share creative learning resources with the team
