About the Role
We’re looking for a high-impact Creative Lead, Growth to serve as the core architect of our performance engine. You’re not just drafting briefs; you’re building the systems, managing the workflow, and directing the strategy that drives our 8‑figure revenue. You will oversee a talented team of three Creative Strategists, a Video Editor, a Graphic Designer, and a Creator Partnerships Manager. This is a high‑impact role for someone who is equal parts data‑obsessed analyst, social media visionary, and master project manager.
What You’ll Do
- Team & Pipeline Management: Own the weekly creative pipeline end‑to‑end. Decide what gets made, ensure deadlines are hit, and continuously raise the bar by delivering clear, direct feedback that improves output quality across the team.
