Creative Strategy Lead - KULIN (Vaughan)

The Role

As a Creative Strategy Lead, you will be the lead strategist on some of our agency's most important accounts while also coaching and managing a team of 1-3 creative strategists. You will lead ideation and push boundaries, while working to achieve client goals. Collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams, you'll develop research-based and purposeful creative pipeline recommendations, while balancing short and long term considerations.

You will work hand-in-hand with our designers and video editors to bring concepts to life, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback throughout the production process. You don't need to be a designer, but you should have strong visual instincts and enough production literacy to speak the language of design, motion, and post - so the work we develop matches the strategy behind it.
