About the Role:
* Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes
* Complete and maintain CAQH profiles
* Handle payer enrollment and follow-ups
* Process Illinois Medicaid credentialing and revalidation
* Track provider credentialing status, expirations, and reappointments
* Communicate with payers, providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience as a Healthcare Credentialing Specialist (5+ years required)
* Hands-on experience with the Illinois healthcare system
* Strong knowledge of CAQH, payer enrollment, and Medicaid credentialing
* Familiarity with provider licensing, NPI, and enrollment timelines
