As a Credit Controller within our Finance and Accounting Operations team, you will be the backbone of our cash flow management for the Rentokil Initial account. This isn't just about collecting money—it’s about managing relationships, solving complex billing puzzles, and ensuring our financial data is as precise as our service delivery.
You will join a high-performing team split between High-Volume Collections (outbound outreach and ticket resolution) and Complex Issue Resolution (reconciliations and stakeholder management).
