We are looking for a talented Credit Controller who is hardworking, a team player with a positive attitude and reliable nature to join our team specializing in Finance Operations for our Corporate Organization in Scoresby, VIC.
In this role, you will manage a large ledger and take responsibility for the New South Wales and New Zealand ledgers.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Process customer credit card payments accurately and ensure timely application to accounts.
Prepare and distribute adhoc customer account statements and resolve inquiries promptly.
Conduct telephone collections and issue friendly reminders and demand notices.
Perform fortnightly aged trial balance reviews with your manager and monthly 1:1 meetings.
