Please note this is a fully on-site role during probation, reducing to 4 days on-site thereafter.
A varied role focused on credit control, with exposure to wider transactional finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit control processes and aged debt
- Issue customer statements and resolve queries
- Support basic reporting and analysis
- Assist with customer account administration
- Provide support across transactional finance activities
Key Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
