Job Description
Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day‑to‑day operation of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Bake cookies and muffins.
- Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
- Maintain consistency in housekeeping of the outlet.
- Keep merchandise area clean and tidy.
- Assist in wrapping gift items.
- Assist in product display.
- Assist in customer service.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations.
- Be able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
- Maintain a good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
