Critical Facility Shift Technician Team Lead

Location: Hamar, Norway
Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to support the daily MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) works on site focusing on mechanical & electronics and to ensure a 24/7 Data Center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership responsibility for the Critical Facility Shift Technicians within the assigned shift team.
- Schedule activities for Critical Facility Shift Technicians within the assigned shift team.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair of critical technical assets.
- Compliance with internal and external training programs.
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Tracking of critical process services using a CMMS system.
- Processing and closing of customer service orders according to the service level agreements.
