Job Description
What you are going to do :
- Own mass CRM communications end-to-end: Build and be a project manager of a weekly content calendar for email/WA across 8 regions.
- Cover both acquisition (first purchase) and retention (upsell), with primary focus on acquisition.
- Ensure consistency with communication policy and brand guidelines.
- Own CRM content for acquisition funnels: Create, launch, and iterate CRM content for new acquisition CJMs (welcome flows, attended-no-purchase, webinar funnels, site subscription warm-up, etc.).
- Work closely with Growth/Funnel PMs to support non-TC and experimental funnels.
- Operational excellence in CRM execution: Work inside CDP (Bloomreach): segmentation, triggers, scheduling, QA.
- Support CRM deliverability, reliability, and basic performance tracking.
