We are hiring a CRM Manager for our customer to own and optimise their CRM platform (HubSpot) and drive Revenue Operations maturity across Sales and Marketing. This is not a purely administrative role. You will act as the central owner of the CRM ecosystem, ensuring clean data flow, optimised pipelines, strong attribution, and structured change management.
What you would do:
- Own end-to-end CRM platform management, including pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, reporting, and user governance.
- Lead structured intake and execution of change requests from Sales and Marketing, ensuring quality control and documentation.
