Crowd Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with supervisors and producers to implement efficient ways to integrate the crowd pipeline and solve any issues for feature film development.
• Propose creative approaches and solutions for specific shots.
• Maintain ongoing communication with artists, leads, production and supervisors regarding schedules, deadlines and shot/sequence feedback; attend relevant meetings on shots, sequences and production.
• Train and mentor junior artists in crowd‑specific pipeline disciplines.
• Supervise motion capture sessions when necessary for studio motion libraries.
• Develop pipeline tools and workflows for crowds at both show and studio levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and pipeline.
