CS & Logistics Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond BC, is hiring for a Customer Service Logistics Administrator for our client's local branch building finishing product distributor based out of Annacis Island of Delta, BC. This role will be working with a small team and reporting to Customer Service Manager & operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Shipping Coordination
  • Coordinate outgoing pickups and shipments with the warehouse and third‑party carriers; prepare required shipping documentation (pick lists, packing slips, bills of lading).
  • Verify shipping instructions (LTL, courier, collect, prepaid, etc.), track shipments, enter tracking details, and communicate ETAs to internal teams.
  • Assist with transportation bookings, freight method selection, and compliance with carrier guidelines and internal SOPs.
