The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, configuring, customizing, and supporting CSOD solutions while leveraging Python to build integrations, automations, and backend enhancements. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical partners to deliver scalable and high-impact learning and talent management solutions.
