HIRING: CSR - Chat Support
Location: On-site – Cubao, Quezon City
We're looking for a CSR - Chat Support to handle customer inquiries, product concerns, and returns — mainly for electronics and gadgets.
Qualifications:
- With experience in chat or email support, customer service, or handling returns
- Background or knowledge in electronics and tech products is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, patient, and customer-focused
- Willing to work on-site at our Cubao, Quezon City office
