About the role
The Mater Private Hospital Mackay Perioperative Department is searching for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic Assistant in Nursing to work within our Centralised Sterile Services Department (CSSD) on a permanent part-time 32 hours per week basis. Flexibility is required as you will be required to work a range of shifts Monday to Saturday plus participate in the on-call roster.
Salary range: $35.92 - $36.97 per hour and +
What you’ll be doing
You will support the theatre and CSSD team in activities that ensure the provision of a safe and efficient sterilising service. You will also participate in hospital quality management systems in the unit to ensure a continuous improvement focus.
