Job Description
- Understanding of CTS, DEM, APTRA application support.
- Understanding of PPS concept.
- Handling Techno-Functional L3 support of CTS, DEM, APTRA application support.
- Oracle 19c with RAC setup understanding.
- Understanding of prewriting queries and modification in existing or writing fresh complex SQL queries as per support requirement.
- Unix (understanding of OS and its commands), understanding of Java code will be an added advantage, configuration of web browsers like JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IIS etc.
- Participation in gathering business requirements, preparing BRS and SRS documents accordingly.
- Experience in VA and APPSEC points understanding and resolution will be added advantage.
- Understanding of CBS (Finacle) will be added advantage.
