Key Responsibilities:
• Record food costs, sales, and inventory levels
• Guide cooks on food preparation and garnishing
• Supervise kitchen team to ensure quality
• Prepare food for both daily services and special occasions
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of culinary experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong oral communication skills
• Flexibility and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite only
