Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering Course. BSIE/BSME an Advantage.
• With at least 10 years working experience in the field of NPI/Project Management
• Strong project management skills are needed to coordinate the various stages of NPI
• The ability to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development and introduction process is vital.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
• Familiar with Problem Solving tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes
• Knowledge in basic AutoCAD an advantage
