As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. You’ll restock shelves, operate tills, and keep the store clean, tidy, and organised while ensuring that every customer receives the service they deserve. In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate with equal opportunity pay structures, an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, plus a generous benefits package designed to support your well‑being and life outside of Lidl.
