The Customer Care Executive role involves:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and in a friendly manner
- Responding to customer emails/enquiries within 1 hour
- Creating customer cases and following them through
- Looking after all customers assigned to the Customer Care Team, including before and after the point of order
- Processing customer orders and ensuring customers are kept up to date on order/delivery updates in a timely manner
