Offering evidence-based, comprehensive primary care services as well as a full range of specialty, dental and behavioral health care services from 5 easy-to-access community health centers. Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with on-call availability 24 hours a day
Main activities:
- Handle high call volume on a fast pace environment, while displaying high level of professionalism, empathy and enthusiasm.
- **Fluent in English and Spanish.**:
- Answering patients' inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling and/or cancelling medical appointments promptly
- Answer inquiries about medical providers and specialist availability.
- Schedule patient transportation to our facilities.
